In this position you will ensure the smooth daily operations of the Spa. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that our guest are fully satisfied with their spa experience, and that all spa team members enjoy a good working environment. Additionally you will oversee the therapist training, accounting processes, inventory, retail, and special promotions, as well as respond to guest feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management;
Diploma / Certificate in Massage, Skin Care & Beauty Therapy;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Spa Supervisor;
Spa therapy and spa reporting knowledge are essential.
This is a live-in position;
Able to communicate in English and any other European language;
Active and responsive to tasks and ability to drive revenue;
Creative with good communication, presentation and persuasive skills;
