The role is responsible for driving business growth through sales volumes, marketing and business development to obtain new customers. It is responsible for optimising sales profitability, understanding the financial impact whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required minimum education /training
Business degree (Sales, Marketing) or relevant
Required minimum work experience
10-years experience, managing a Sales Portfolio;
People management and strong financial acumen);
People-oriented personality (as the role is customer facing).
Sales volume 30%;
Profitability (pricing and raw material buying) 30%;
Innovation & Research Development (new market sectors (20%).
Technical knowledge / competencies
Poultry knowledge and experience;
Sound knowledge of Production environment;
Understanding consumer needs and branding;
Management of budgeting process;
Understating how production environment woks;
Compliance to group policy and procedure relating to quality and food safety.
