Futuro Mcb, S.A, is a Micro financial institution, located in Nampula City which intends to admit a Management Assistant to its staff.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
It will carry out activities to support the General Manager in corporate administrative activities, such as, participate in the preparation of reports and presentations, control agenda and private appointments, organization and archiving of documents, monitoring activities of the area of management and processes, advising corporate issues. Prepare minutes of meetings and meetings of the executive board and board of directors, prepare communications, letters and statements, and receive telephone calls, correspondence and visitors.
Professional responsible, dynamic and proactive;
Office package knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Portuguese and English – Fluent
Degree in Management of Business Administration or Secretarial or related areas;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the function or in administrative activities in general, with business vision and preferably experience in financial / investment business activities.
