Purpose of this role
The General Assistant maintains site facilities including cleaning of buildings and offices, general and garden maintenance.
Technical work responsibilities
Responsibilities will include and not be limited to the following:
Cleaning and Maintenance Services
Maintain the premises;
Clean all allocated site offices and restrooms;
Clean Clinics and Laboratories;
Preparing of tea and coffee for guests and visitors at Aurum Institute;
Prepare boardrooms for meetings;
Conduct approved maintenance;
Conduct general garden maintenance.
Distribution and record keeping of consumables;
Record and report all maintenance required to the Operational Manager onsite;
Provide recommendations on cleaning products and consumables.
You must have
Grade 12 (secondary school).
Work Proven Experience
6 months’ experience of general office hygiene services and maintenance in a corporate environment.
