Reporting to the Engineering and Interface Manager will:
Compile the RV Turnover Dossiers;
Track and review the turnover documentation status, including as built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty documentation, and all applicable licenses and authorizations;
Ensure all handover QA/QC paper work is completed and duly signed in a timely fashion as per the construction schedule;
Prepare progress reports;
Take part in punch list walk through and generate field observation reports;
Support closure of open items;
Update, monitor and track the design changes register;
Monitor and track engineering action items and deliverables;
Assist with the coordination of site visits by Government officials, community members and other stakeholders;
Prepare construction related technical documentation required to support other resettlement activities;
Undertake any other relevant duties pertaining to the role.
Required Experience & Skills:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering;
5+ years’ experience in construction;
Relevant experience in commissioning and handover of public infrastructure in Mozambique;
Good Knowledge of QA/QC of Civil Works;
Good overall understanding of buildings civil, electrical, and water & sanitation disciplines;
Strong knowledge of HSE standards for construction sites;
